BACSE Systems has started operations with one product - BACSE.

BACSE is a complete ERP solution that gives you full control on your business accounting.

With BACSE, you manage your:

  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Customers or Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Suppliers or Accounts Payable (AP)
  • All Accounts in your Chart of Accounts (COA)
  • Branches, Departments and Users

BACSE supports the entry of standard accounting transaction:

  • Customer Invoice (CI)
  • Supplier Invoice (SI)
  • Debit Note (DN)
  • Credit Note (CN)
  • Receipt Voucher (RV)
  • Payment Voucher (PV)
  • Journal Voucher (JV)
  • Match Customer RVs/CNs against CIs and DNs
  • Match Supplier PVs/DNs against SIs and CNs

BACSE provides a button to export all your data to a group of 'comma separated values' files (.csv), allowing integration with your business applications.

You can print a rich list of standard accounting reports including:

  • Fixed Assets List
  • All Transactions Vouchers (CI, SI, DN, CN, RV, PV and JV)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Trial Balance (TB)
  • Expenses By Branch/Department, Summary and Detailed
  • Customer Ageing (Credit Period, Debit Month and Credit Matching)
  • Supplier Ageing (Credit Period, Credit Month and Debit Matching)
  • Profit and Loss (PL)
  • Balance Sheet (BS)

BACSE Setup:

  • Download and read BACSE EULA
  • Download BACSE User's Guide (a PDF file)
  • Download BACSE solution package (BACSE.zip)
  • Extract the files from BACSE.zip to your local system
  • Run setup.exe

BACSE Setup automatically downloads prerequisites from the vendor's website if you do not have them already installed on your local system.

Prerequisites:

  • Microsoft Windows®.NET Framework 2.0
  • Microsoft SQL Server Compact® 3.5 SP2
  • Microsoft Windows® Operating system supporting these prerequisites

Although BACSE is very simple, we do advice you to take some time and read the User's guide in order to have the best start possible.

  • Unregistered BACSE is absolutely free
  • Every BACSE copy you download is a free unregistered version
  • Unregistered BACSE has all the features of a registered copy
  • Unregistered BACSE is limited to 3,000 transaction records
  • Unregistered BACSE allows unlimited number of FA transactions
  • Registered BACSE is the same application with a registration key applied
  • After registration, you receive a registration key
  • The registration key removes the transaction count limit
  • BACSE systems are committed to a registration cost below USD 50
